2) Quick audit
We review your site or brief and identify fast wins. You get a short reply with recommendations and either a ballpark quote or a link to book a 15 minute discovery call.
3) Scope and proposal
- Clear scope with pages, features, and SEO items listed.
- Fixed price where possible. If not, we provide a capped estimate with checkpoints.
- Two review rounds included on design and copy.
4) Onboarding
- We set up a private staging site and backups.
- You share access where needed: domain, hosting, WordPress admin, analytics, and brand assets.
- We agree the start date and communication channel.
5) Build
- Work in short sprints with visible milestones.
- Mobile first layouts, speed and Core Web Vitals checks as we go.
- Local SEO basics and tracking set up as standard.
6) Review and sign off
- Preview link for testing. You add feedback, we polish.
- Content and copy finalised. Forms and payments test run.
- Accessibility, performance, and security checks completed.
7) Launch
- Go live at an agreed quiet time.
- DNS, SSL, redirects, analytics, and uptime monitoring switched on.
- Simple before and after results shared for speed and SEO basics.
8) Care and improvements
Stay secure and fast with a care plan and hosting. We handle updates, backups, monitoring, and small monthly improvements. You can cancel any time.

Pricing and payments
- Projects under £1,500: 50% to start, 50% before launch.
- Projects over £1,500: 40% to start, 40% at beta, 20% at launch.
- Care plans: billed monthly in advance. Cancel any time.
- Invoices by email. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer.

Changes and cancellations
