Simple, transparent payments for websites, Local SEO, site speed fixes, care plans and small AI projects. Invoices include a secure pay-now link and a receipt is emailed instantly.
How we charge
- Website refresh or small projects (under £1,500): 50% to start, 50% before launch.
- Larger projects (over £1,500): 40% to start, 40% at beta, 20% at launch.
- Speed & Core Web Vitals fixes: fixed quote, usually covered by the small project split above.
- Care plans & hosting: billed monthly in advance. Cancel any time.
- Ad-hoc tasks: we give a quick estimate first. Small items can be billed on completion.
Accepted payment methods
Pay securely online or by bank transfer. These options work for deposits, milestones, and monthly renewals.
No card surcharges. We do not accept American Express.

Cancellations and rescheduling
- Tell us early if plans change so we can adjust timelines fairly.
- Care plans can be cancelled any time before the next billing date.

Refunds and adjustments
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
- Deposits and milestone payments are credited against the final invoice in line with our policy.
- If a third-party product or special order is required, supplier return rules apply.
Security and privacy
- Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS compliant provider. We never store full card numbers.
- All payment data is encrypted in transit. Invoices and receipts are emailed for your records. See our Privacy Policy.
